Mystery Shoppers - Accessibility
Most modern web browsers support access key functionality, providing an alternative method to select specific links from within web sites that offer access keys.
Selecting an access key varies by both browser and operating system type, but typically, pressing ALT and the access key together, ALT, Shift and the access key together (Firefox 2 & above) or CTRL and the access key together, will select the respective link.
