Agent Terms and Conditions

1. Mystery shoppers (Agents) provide services to Mystery Shoppers Ltd by mutual agreement. Details of the project/assignment will be offered to Agents (by email or telephone). Payment for the project/assignment will be agreed prior to the start. Agents are completely at liberty to either accept or reject the project/assignment.

2. By accepting the project/assignment the Agent is entitled to use a substitute worker to undertake the work involved provided the substitute has the appropriate profile, experience, skills and training, and agreement in writing has been obtained from Mystery Shoppers Ltd. The Agent remains responsible for the satisfactory completion of the project/assignment and is responsible for reimbursing the substitute.

3. A completion date may have to be set for any given project/assignment but subject to this the Agent is entitled to undertake and complete the project/assignment as he/she chooses.

4. The Agent is responsible for his/her own Tax and National Insurance liability in respect of any payment received for services provided under this agreement.

5. As a self-employed individual the Agent is completely at liberty to provide his/her services to any other business/organisation.

6. Mystery Shoppers Ltd is not under any obligation to continually provide projects/assignments for the Agent.

7. The Agent must agree to comply with the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA) Code of Conduct (http://mspa-eu.org/ethics/ethics2.php).

8. The Agent accepts that if they fail to comply with the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA) Code of Conduct or to carry out assignments in strict accordance with the training, briefs and other instructions provided, reduced or no payment may be made for the assignment and in such cases Mystery Shoppers Ltd reserves the right not to offer further work.
