Mystery Shoppers Ltd provides a variety of organisations with assessments by phone, face-to-face, email/website evaluation, or any combination of these. 

All our mystery shopping programmes are designed to meet our clients’ specific requirements.   Some programmes are one-off and some are repeated on a regular basis.  Clients include shopping centres, independent stores and chains of retailers, health clubs, restaurants, banks, insurance companies, estate agents, public transport providers, energy providers and local government. 

We are looking to recruit :

1.  Client Services Manager (CSM)

CSMs report to an Account Director (AD). The AD is responsible to the Client for the overall operation of each project and delivery as promised.  They work with Clients to set up new programmes and to review and refresh ongoing programmes. The CSM is responsible for managing the programmes on a day to day basis.

CSMs typically manage a team of 2-3 Client Services Administrators and together the team is responsible for posting assignments on our on-line system, contacting successful shoppers to check that they are fully briefed, available where appropriate and confirm dates.  They monitor each mystery shop to ensure it has been carried out as specified and then quality check shoppers’ reports, which have to be approved and signed off before they are made available to the client.

Hours of work : Monday - Friday,  9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)

Starting salary £19,800 per annum

Holiday entitlement : 20 days per annum plus Bank Holidays

All management roles are permanent, based at our Administration Centre in Holsworthy, Devon.  Please note that DBS and ID/credit checks are routinely carried out for all new employees.

2. Client Services Administrator (CSA)

Would you like to be part of a team helping to deliver our bespoke mystery shopping service to clients (many of whom are household names) from diverse sectors which include finance, insurance, retail, automotive, education, medical, residential care, and travel?

Do you have sound IT skills and enjoy adding to your knowledge of on line systems?
How is your English grammar?    You will be quality controlling shoppers’ reports and checking for correct spelling and grammar as well as the accuracy of reporting.

Do you have good communications skills?   The role involves contact with shoppers by phone and email and it’s important that you are able to build a good rapport with them.

Job Overview

The CSA role includes activities such as:

  • Posting and allocating assignments on our online system, contacting suitable shoppers by phone and email about possible assignments, checking they are fully briefed and available where appropriate, approving their pay, expenses and confirming assignment dates
  • Monitoring each assignment to ensure it is carried out in accordance with the Shopper brief
  • Quality checking Shoppers' reports and ensuring they are approved and signed off before being made available to the Client
  •  Shopper Support - answer Shopper queries via email/telephone about the projects which the team is working on
  • Ensure Shoppers are fully briefed before completing their assignments
  • Ensure Shoppers complete their assignments on time and follow up when required

Salary : £14,800 - £15,700 per annum dependent upon skills and experience
Holiday entitlement : 20 days per annum plus Bank Holidays
