• The standard Benchmark programme which consists of our standard assessment forms, but with options on which channels (visit, call, email and website) should be included and how many assessments should be made. This is the most cost-effective option as it incurs no set-up or design fees.
• A customised programme but with the results benchmarked against our industry data
• A customised programme with no benchmarking
