Recent Projects

We often take on exciting and challenging programmes. The following are just a few examples:

  • The agent profiles need to include at least one Chinese, mid-30s to late 40s, with experience of casino gambling (casino client).
  • The agents need to take the ‘last dance’ (about 4am) at a chain of lap-dancing clubs to ensure nothing goes on which might threaten the club’s licence.
  • Have a covert video operator go to the mystery shopper’s home (pretending to be hard of hearing) to set up ready for a home visit by a hearing aid consultant.
  • To park illegally and obtain a ticket, then attempt to appeal to the warden (a local authority).
  • To test the security system by shoplifting (a hardware store).
  • To cheat in a countrywide series of exams to see whether the invigilators are being vigilant.
  • To buy a new bicycle and test how long a bicycle chained and padlocked to a lamp-post or similar street furniture lasts before it is stolen in 10 UK cities.
  • To recruit owners of a specific marque of car to be accompanied by one of our covert video team to take the car for a service and pick it up afterwards – includes to-camera interview about how the customer felt about the process.
  • To attend a timeshare presentation, then book the holiday and report on the in-resort sales process.
