The screenshot function on smartphones or tablets can be a very useful tool. In just a few taps, you can take a snapshot of what's showing on your screen and most devices will automatically save this so you can easily find it later on.
We often ask our shoppers to provide us with screenshots for various different reasons, so here's how to do it...
After you have done your mystery shopping assignment, you will be required to complete an online assessment form which will usually include a combination of answer options and comment boxes. The comments you give help the company you've mystery shopped to understand the answers you've provided and are hugely valuable.
If you use your smartphone or tablet when completing your assessment form, you can turn on 'voice typing' and dictate the comments to your phone which will type out the text for you.
